Bridging Boundaries, Connecting Minds
Texila American University participated in the Agency Workshop organized in Sao Paulo, Brazil to promote well-structured English for Academic Purposes [EAP] courses delivered in affiliation with Broward College for the Non-English Speaking Students.
This workshop was organized by BMI Media, founded in 1987 and has over 2400 institutions, organizations, and Agents from 36 countries.
BMI Agency workshop in Brazil is the longest-running event of its kind in Latin America and over 1.9 million students have attended the fair since its inception.
This event provided a good opportunity to meet the Agents from various states of Brazil in Sao Paulo which is the world’s 7th largest metropolitan area and recognized as the main financial hub in Latin America.
Sao Paulo is also the most populous Brazilian State with a strong regional influence in commerce and finance.
Texila American University will work closely with all the Agencies who are interested to promote the English for Academic Purposes programs in Brazil to recruit students for the Fall 2018 Admissions. Students can complete their EAP course in Guyana and can get admissions for a Bachelor’s Degree from Broward College, USA.
